Meaning Making - Thinking Theologically about Ministry Experience: Seminar

Description
This course is designed for students in their first field education placement concurrent with the academic year. It focuses on exploring the theological dimensions of students' field education experience. The introductory session on 'Meaning Making: Understanding the Minister's Role in Making Theological Sense of Life Experience' is required of all course participants. There are two dates offered for this introductory session, Thursday, September 6 or Tuesday, September 11 at 5:15pm in Andover Hall, Sperry Room. Students should choose one session to attend. At that session, students will be asked to sign up for either Wednesday or Thursday evening class meetings. Students will be assigned to one instructor and will meet with the same group on the same evening of the week for the whole year. The course generally meets every other week with the exception of the first several meetings which meet consecutively. See course website for complete schedule.
