Organization Description:

Strong Tower International Ministries is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization which is affiliated with Strong Tower Church Boston. This is an urban Church Plant in a vibrant growing community. Currently the Church is involved in inner city restoration and reconciliation of family, finances, relationship, and community. The Church is a non-denominational organization that is Bible-based and Christ-centered.

Opportunities for Student Involvement:

This is a great opportunity for students to work with a Pastor and congregation who are energetically involved in all aspects of urban life. There are 7 major areas of concentration the student may choose to work in administration and program development.

  1. Putting faith to work: business and economic development.
  2. Charter School Development
  3. Praise and Worship
  4. Sudan: building a primary school for girls.
  5. Church administration development.
  6. Youth ministry
  7. HIV and AIDS counseling

Commute/Transportation Information:

Public transportation for Sunday worship...a car would be helpful but not required for off-site assignments.

Supervision:

Weekly meeting with Pastor and additional meetings with a leadership team.
