Talk With a Student

One of the best ways to learn about life at Harvard Divinity School is to
contact a current student. Harvard Divinity School's Ask a Student
program allows prospective students to ask questions of students who are
currently enrolled at HDS.
Prospective students are invited to inquire about any aspect of student life
at HDS. Prospective students may be interested in speaking with a current
student who:
- shares similar academic interests or career goals
- comes from the same geographic location
- is seeking ordination or pursuing ministry preparation in the same faith
community
- has made use of particular resources at Harvard University
- can speak to practical concerns, such as housing or finding a job on campus
Current students who volunteer in the Ask a Student program monitor email inquiries and voice messages. They
either respond directly to the inquiry, or forward it to another member of
the community who is better able to address the concern.
If you are interested in speaking with a current student, please send a
detailed email message to ask_students@hds.harvard.edu
or leave a voice-mail message at 617.495.0639.
