Benefits, services, and opportunities available to HDS graduates include:
Alumni.harvard.edu
Alumni.harvard.edu is the online community for
all Harvard University alumni.
After simple
online registration alumni can:
- Set up a "post.harvard" email address,
which can be forwarded to a current account with any internet
service provider
- Search the alumni directory and edit personal directory profile
- Submit alumni notes online
- Connect through the Crimson Compass career networking service
- Access a variety of other
online services and resources
Publications
HDS alumni receive complimentary subscriptions to the following publications:
Alumni are encouraged to submit content to be considered for
publication in
Harvard Divinity Bulletin and Harvard Divinity Today. Submit
story ideas, news, alumni notes, or news about recent
publications to alums@hds.harvard.edu.
(Alumni notes also can be submitted online through
Alumni.harvard.edu.)
Career Services
Harvard Divinity School's Office of Career Services
provides a variety of programs, tools, and services for alumni, including
access to the Hired career management system. HDS alumni
also have access to the Harvard Alumni Association's
Crimson
Compass service, a network of Harvard graduates committed to
helping one another explore professional interests and career
alternatives.
Access to Andover-Harvard Theological Library
Alumni have complimentary access to
Andover-Harvard Theological
Library and to ATLASerials®, an online collection
of more than 70 major religion and theology journals.
Continuing Education Online
Alumni can access hours of online content, including streaming
media, from a variety of sources at Harvard. Harvard Divinity
School hosts online
video of select events, and Harvard University
maintains a library of online material at harvard@home and at
Harvard Alumni Newstand.
Harvard Extension School offers a comprehensive academic curriculum
to the public through evening and online courses and part-time programs.
The Extension School offers over 600 fall and spring courses in over 65
fields, including many courses taught by HDS
faculty. (To find courses taught by HDS faculty, search courses by
course title keyword; instructor name; or by subject, selecting "religion.")
Events
Alumni are welcome to attend all
public HDS events and
events sponsored by the Harvard Alumni Association. HDS also
hosts regional and campus events for
alumni.
Harvard Clubs
The Harvard Alumni Association supports over 190
Harvard Clubs in more than 70 countries.
These clubs bring alumni together and provide opportunities for them to remain connected to Harvard and to each other.
Harvard Clubs are open to all alumni of the University. Each offers its own variety of
programs, services, and opportunities to its members and communities.
