For Students and Faculty

The CSWR hosts a number of ongoing conversations intended primarily for groups within the HDS and Harvard communities:

• Academic Casual. An informal forum for doctoral students of religion to explore the diverse questions and conversations arising in our academic community.
• MDiv/MTS Conversations. Lunchtime discussions for MTS and MDiv students, on a variety of topics relevant to the mission of the CSWR and of interest to students.
• Faculty Conversations. Informal faculty conversations over meals.
• Faculty Colloquia. Academic colloquia in which faculty and advanced graduate students present research and discuss current issues in their disciplines.
• HDS Society for Comparative Theology. A student organization committed to furthering the study of comparative theology at HDS; through regular meetings, offers a space for students and faculty to discuss relevant publications, present their own projects and ideas, and receive constructive feedback from colleagues.
