Charles Anderson |
Charles Anderson joined the Center for the Study of World Religions in August 2005. His primary responsibilities include management of financial and administrative operations and oversight of building operations. Before coming to the CSWR, he worked in Harvard's Central Administration and, more recently, as financial officer in the office of Ambassador Robert D. Blackwill for the U.S. National Security Project, the Middle East Initiative, and the Executive Programs at the John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Joe Cook |
Joe Cook joined the CSWR in April 2008. He covers the front reception desk, acts as faculty assistant to the director, and provides administrative support to the Center staff. He has been at Harvard since 1990, initially at the Registrar's office in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, then at the Law School, and most recently as a faculty assistant in the Department of Sociology. He lives in Arlington with his wife, Laura, and two sons, Daniel and Ben. Joe likes to bake and (to burn off calories gained while making cookies, scones, etc.) he's also a step aerobics instructor, teaching at gyms in Medford and Arlington, and occasionally as a substitute at a Harvard gym. |

Rebecca Kline Esterson |
Rebecca Kline Esterson works closely with CSWR staff and faculty advisers to craft and coordinate an ambitious schedule of academic programming. She has been at the CSWR since graduating from Harvard Divinity School in 2002 with a master of theological studies degree. During her time as an HDS student, she received the Harvard-Hebrew University Scholarship and spent three semesters studying Islam, Judaism, and Christianity in the city of Jerusalem.

Susan Lloyd McGarry |
Susan Lloyd McGarry works with the director, staff, and faculty advisers to set and achieve goals and plans for the CSWR in accordance with its mission. She acts as the administrative liaison for the CSWR Advisory Board and Executive Council and manages special projects, such as the faculty grant program and book publications. She came to the Center in 2001 as coordinator for special initiatives related to the role of religion in the arts, in healing, and in globalization. Before working at Harvard, she served as executive director of a Quaker retreat center. She has also worked in business, including as managing director of the European office of a consulting firm. A published poet, she was named Bard of the 2004 Boston Irish Festival. |

Yolima Romero |
Yolima Romero oversees social events for the purpose of fostering community at the CSWR, particularly among the CSWR residents. One of her primary responsibilities is to manage space requests at the CSWR. She also serves as liaison between CSWR residents and University operations, and also works on administrative and financial operations and ongoing projects. Before coming to the CSWR, she worked at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study as coordinator for advancement outreach and as the office manager for a public relations firm. |
