Apartment Descriptions
The CSWR was constructed in 1960, and the apartments were renovated in summer 2006. The CSWR's thirteen residential units include two studios, six one-bedroom units, four two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit. One unit meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for accessibility. Rents for the 2012-13 academic year are as follows:
- Studio: $1,242/month
- One-bedroom: $1,533/month
- Two-bedroom: $1,911/month
- Three-bedroom: $2,576/month
