The HDS Office of Human Resources is located on the second floor of Rockefeller Hall, Room 201, 47 Francis Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02138. The mission of the HDS human resources office is to foster an environment in which all employees can contribute their best efforts in support of the School's academic mission. Toward this end, we strive to recruit and retain a highly skilled and engaged workforce; ensure fair and consistent administration of policies; and work to provide creative solutions to workplace concerns while complying with all applicable University and local policies—as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
