Andover-Harvard Library is the library of Harvard Divinity School. We welcome and encourage participants in the Summer Language Program to consider us your library for the summer. The library is open 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, while the Summer Language Program is in session. You don't need a Harvard ID to enter the library; just wave inside the door, wait until the gates open, and then sign in.
- Language dictionaries and texts, both in print and online;
- Comfortable social, group, quiet, and silent study spaces;
- Computer workstations, printers, photocopiers, scanners, and wireless Internet access.
Above all, we have friendly and knowledgeable staff who are eager to answer your questions and make you feel welcome. Circulation supervisors on the first floor and research librarians on the second floor are happy to answer your questions.
If you are an incoming HDS student, please join us for a social event on July 25 at 3 pm. Greet another, meet your friendly librarians, and enjoy light refreshments. If you want to brush up on research skills before school starts, or tackle a research problem, please get in touch with us anytime (call us at 617.496.2485 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or look for us on the second floor). We are eager to get you started as soon as you are ready to begin using the Harvard Library.
