Library Website Redesigned
A redesigned Andover-Harvard Theological Library website went live in late April 2005. The redesign was completed to increase the amount of content available to library users and to update the look of the site. The rich holdings of the AHTL and the many Harvard libraries can be overwhelming. We hope this site will give us more opportunities to showcase, explain, and organize those resources for our researchers, whether or not they physically visit the library.
The redesign was a major collaborative effort among the Andover-Harvard Library, the Office of Information Technology and Media Services, and the Office of Communications. More than 1,500 pages were coded, transferred, created, revised, and reviewed. The team of library staff working on the project included Michelle Gauthier, Maureen Jennings, Renata Kalnins, Gloria Korsman, Fran O'Donnell, Russell Pollard, Laura Wood, and Cliff Wunderlich. We would like to thank our colleagues in the Office of Information Technology and Media Services and the Office of Communications for all their assistance and support with the project.
We welcome your feedback on the new site. Please send comments to the reference librarians.
