READER SPACES

The new library has 103 study carrels and general study seats, 18 lounge type seats, and 60 seats for specialized functions (mostly computer related). In the fall of 2001, HDS enrolled 478 students, not including Ph.D's. This means that there are separate carrels or study seats for about one out of every five (4.6) enrolled students and overall one seat of any type for every three (2.6) students enrolled.
