In the fall of 1911, the newly formed Andover-Harvard Theological Library was opened, combining the libraries of Andover Theological Seminary and Harvard Divinity School. One hundred years of acquisitions and service was commemorated in October, Theological Libraries Month, with a lecture by R. Gustav Niebuhr, Associate Professor in Religion and the Media at Syracuse University.
