Windsor House Adult Day Programs provide daily multi-disciplinary services to frail elderly and disabled adults. These community based services prevent the unnecessary institutionalization of elders enabling them to remain in familiar settings of their homes and communities. The six hour program consists of nursing, social work, recreational, nutritional and socialization components. Windsor House strives to meet holistic needs of clients fostering independence, self-esteem and improved health status. Staff also coordinate community services and work with family members as needed. Our Alzheimer's Program sponsors support groups for families an Afternoon Respite Program, and a Caregiver Research Center.
