460 Main Street (PO Box 501) Contact Person: Chapin Garner Project: We are an inclusive community of faith seeking to connect the gospel message to our everyday life. We seek a church that is more than a geographic place, more than a gathering of people, more than a program and organization. We seek a sacred center, a sense of Sabbath, a community that empowers us for our daily ministries. In our life together we attempt to convey the Biblical truth that the church is the Body of Christ which gathers in our meeting house to worship, share and study the Scriptures and then scatters into the world to minister, empowered by the Holy Spirit. Student Involvement: 10-15 Hours a week commitment. Arts of Ministry Competencies: Preaching and Worship. Pastoral Care and Counseling. Religious Education and Spiritual Development. Supervision: Supervision sessions will be held after church staff meeting every other week, and the responsibility, supervision and care of our student will be shared by the Senior Pastor and the Associate Pastor.
