P.O. Box 817 Contact Person: Rev. Diane Miller Project: The church, established in 1758, is situated on the common of Carlisle Center, about 17 miles from HDS. Carlisle is an affluent, suburban community of young professionals in which the church is very involved. Church members are mainly families, with few elderly or single people. Various organizations in town use the building. The church is medium-sized and growing. Student Involvement: The Church is looking for innovative/creative programs and involvement reaching all age groups, reaching into an affluent community, relating that community to the larger community. Students are limited only by time, imagination, and experience. Arts of Ministry Competencies: Preaching and Worship. Pastoral Care and Counseling. Religious Education and Spiritual Development. Administration and Program Development. Supervision: Weekly supervision in a relaxed and open style. Number of Students: 1 Total Stipend: $4,000.00 Type of Stipend: direct pay from site (sc 4000) Notes: Unitarian Universalist not necessary, but must be at home with liberal tradition. Transportation may be provided by church members if necessary.
