Roy Lauridsen, facilities manager at HDS, has been at the forefront of the Rockefeller Renovation as well as the overall  greening of the School.

In an effort to conserve water, Harvard began using rainwater in April 2004 to wash its nearly 250 University-owned vehicles. According to the Spring 2007 Newsletter published by HGCI, this has saved nearly 25,000 gallons of water each year. HDS photograph
