The Religious History of American Women: Seminar

Description
Assesses both the role of gender in shaping American religious history and the impact of religion on gender norms. Women's experience will be explored in Protestant, Catholic, and Jewish, and North American groups such as in Shakerism and Christian Science. Prerequisite: previous work in American religious history or women's studies.
