HDS 2402
Introduction to Theological Thinking
David Lamberth
Description
A basic survey of a variety of approaches to theology through selected major figures. We will consider: What is the nature of theology? How are theological questions posed and answered? What is distinctive about each author's view? We will also be concerned with what theological thinking is today, and its relation to other fields of inquiry. Authors are mostly Christian, drawn from the early medieval to contemporary periods.
