Summer Language Program: Application InstructionsTo apply, please complete the application form (PDF) and mail it with the $50 application fee to the address on the form. Prospective students are asked to apply as early as possible, and no later than May 1, 2008. Applicants using Adobe Reader version 7.0 or higher may complete the form online before printing it out. Adobe Reader is available free from the Adobe website. Applicants using other PDF viewers (such as Preview for Mac OS X), or earlier versions of Adobe Reader, will need to print out the form before completing it on paper.
