Spiritual Direction and Accompaniment
Spiritual direction is the contemplative practice of helping another person or group to awaken to mystery
and holiness in all of life, and to respond to that discovery in a growing relationship of freedom and commitment. The
director of religious and spiritual life is available to meet with any member of the HDS community for spiritual direction and/or for referral to other spiritual directors in the area.
