Three hundred women (and five men) gathered at Harvard Divinity School November 1-3, 2002, to hear the stories of activists and theologians whose lives document the intersections of religion and modern feminism.  Twenty-six speakers, including Protestant, Catholic, Evangelical, Pentecostal, Mormon, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist and Goddess feminists, contributed to the effort to recover the history of religion in American feminism.
