The **HDS Office of Information Technology & Media Services** and **Harvard University Information Technology** (HUIT) work together to support teaching, learning, research, and administration at Harvard Divinity School by providing a robust technological infrastructure and related services, including:

- **Academic Technology Services:** course websites, digital content development, classroom technology, technology consulting services
- **Media Services and Media Production:** audiovisual support for HDS courses and events, digital audio and video capture and post-production, live media streaming
- **Student Computing Resources:** computers in Harvard Divinity School Library, scanning and printing services
- **Computer Support** through Harvard University IT:
    - Visit the [Harvard University IT Service Portal](https://huit.harvard.edu/get-help) to chat with a service technician, call to ask a question, or submit a ticket.
    - Send an email describing your issue to <ithelp@harvard.edu>
    - For in-person support, [make an appointment at the **Harvard University IT Walk-In Support Center**](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=7b1885d01b1a6c101a5376e2cd4bcb1a) in the basement of the **Science Center**, located two blocks away at the corner of Oxford and Kirkland Streets. The WiSC is open from 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday.
- **HDS Administrative Systems Support:** key student information systems and other administrative applications
- **Support of HDS Websites** including the [public HDS websites](https://div.hds.harvard.edu/) and the [HDS intranet](https://my.hds.harvard.edu/)
