## Computer Support

To request support for an HDS-owned computer or printer, or for best-effort support for personal devices used for teaching and learning:

- Visit the [Harvard University IT Service Portal](https://huit.harvard.edu/get-help) to chat with a service technician, call to ask a question, or submit a ticket.
- Send an email describing your issue to <ithelp@harvard.edu>
- For in-person support, [make an appointment at the **Harvard University IT Walk-In Support Center**](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=7b1885d01b1a6c101a5376e2cd4bcb1a) in the basement of the [Science Center](https://scictr.fas.harvard.edu/), a few blocks away at the corner of Oxford and Kirkland Streets. The WiSC is open from 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday.

## Audiovisual Equipment and Services

To reserve **audiovisual equipment and services** for on-campus classes and events, or to obtain consulting and support for online classes and events, email the HDS media services team at <avinfo@hds.harvard.edu>. Alternatively, fill out the “Services” section of your room reservation in HDS’s online room reservation system, [RoomBook](https://roombook.harvard.edu/) (RoomBook account required).

## Academic Technology Support

**HDS Academic Technology Consultants**—graduate students with competencies in Canvas, media and A/V services, classroom technologies, and commonly used software programs—are available for drop-in sessions via Zoom.
