## How to connect to a wireless network

Wireless Internet access is available throughout the HDS campus for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. For a list of the available wireless networks at HDS and instructions on how to connect to them, please visit the [Harvard Wireless website](https://getonline.harvard.edu/). Members of the Harvard community with a valid HarvardKey can authenticate to the "Harvard Secure" network; others can register for guest access using the "Harvard University" wireless network.

## Fall 2025 update for returning students

We have a new payment system! Crimson Cash was retired on June 30, 2025, and can no longer be used to pay for Crimson Print printing and copying. Students, please see “[Add funds to your Crimson Print account](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=2a8c2600476a4a901469f46b416d43b5)” in the Harvard University IT Knowledge Base for new instructions on paying for printing. Library borrowers, library access card holders, alumni, and guests, please see [Guest Printing with Crimson Print](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=65b83ce193c55a104567b1fd1dba108b) to get started.

The Crimson Print Mobility Print app has also been updated. If you have not printed since July 17, 2025 or before, please [reinstall the Mobility Print printers](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=c8ebe9a1dbd7401096ab5682ca961934#personal) on your personal computer, tablet, or mobile device.

## Printing

HDS provides four color printers for use by Harvard students and guests. (For a complete list of HDS printers, including those accessible only to HDS faculty and staff, see [Find your Crimson Print printer](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=16888ec21b1ad418351ceb9bbc4bcb83#k1).) The four printers open to students and guests are located in:

- Divinity Hall, room 114
- HDS Library, room 139 (see [library floor plan](https://library.hds.harvard.edu/about/find-your-way))
- HDS Library, room 235 (see [library floor plan](https://library.hds.harvard.edu/about/find-your-way))
- Swartz Hall, room G19

Students, faculty, and staff may print from the public computers in the Harvard Divinity School Library or from their own devices after installing the necessary software. If using your own computer, tablet, or mobile device, you must be connected to Harvard Secure wireless to install or use Crimson Print. Students will need to [add funds to their Crimson Print accounts](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=2a8c2600476a4a901469f46b416d43b5) in advance to pay for printing.

Library borrowers, library access card holders, alumni, and guests must use the designated "guest printing" computer in the HDS Library; register for a Crimson Print account; and add funds to the account in advance to pay for printing. Detailed instructions are provided below.
