## Describe the work you do today:

I'm the head of community at CreativeMornings, where I've spent the last several years shaping how our global network of chapters, organizers, and creatives connect, learn, and grow together. My work spans community strategy, virtual learning design, partnerships, and the ongoing question of how to help people feel genuinely seen in spaces both online and in person. Alongside my role at CreativeMornings, I take on selective freelance work as a facilitator, experience designer, and community architect. Most notably, I've had the honor of collaborating with Priya Parker on her Art of Gathering community course, helping translate her frameworks into experiences that invite people into deeper, more intentional ways of coming together. I'm also the primary operations and partnerships lead for The Strangers Project, Brandon Doman's public storytelling initiative, and I'm developing The Gatherers' Guide, a growing resource for people who design meaningful gatherings.

## How has your HDS degree influenced your career journey?

My time at HDS helped me think deeply about meaning making, facilitation, and experience design. Taking half of my courses at the Harvard Graduate School of Education allowed me to bridge my passion for chaplaincy with adult learning and education. HDS gave me the time and flexibility to meditate on what I wanted to bring into the world.

## What career advice would you offer to current HDS students?

Try different things; especially if you're in your 20's. It's a marathon and you'll learn a lot by tinkering.
