Describe the work you do today:
I’m a COO of a hedge fund, responsible for all non-investment functions of the business, including operations, investor relations, legal and compliance, finance, HR, and administration. The fund invests in global equities.
How has your HDS degree influenced your career journey?
I think the HDS experience prepared me for the law degree which I went on to pursue. It continues to serve as a nurturing source for my career as I learned to be a more holistic person during my years at HDS.
What career advice would you offer to current HDS students?
To take time while at HDS to think through what you want for your career and your life. HDS and the general Harvard community offers a realm of resources that could enable a young person to achieve just about any goal, as long as you know that your own goal is.
