Get Computer Support
- Visit the Harvard University IT Service Portal to chat with a service technician, call to ask a question, or submit a ticket.
- Send an email describing your issue to ithelp@harvard.edu
- For in-person support, make an appointment at the Harvard University IT Walk-In Support Center in the basement of the Science Center, a few blocks away from the HDS campus at the corner of Oxford and Kirkland Streets. The WiSC is open Monday through Friday.
Reserve A/V Equipment and Services
To reserve audiovisual equipment and services for on-campus or hybrid classes and events, or to obtain consulting and support for online classes and events, email the HDS media services team at avinfo@hds.harvard.edu. Alternatively, fill out the "Services" section of your room reservation in HDS's online room reservation system, RoomBook (RoomBook account required).

The Harvard Divinity School technology team includes both HDS IT and Media Services staff and Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) staff based on the HDS campus.
