Make the Connection:
Career Consultation
A career consultation may help you identify strategies related to career planning and job search. Career consultation is available by appointment to students and alumni of all HDS degree programs. To schedule an appointment, contact us at careers@hds.harvard.edu, noting the nature of your inquiry, your availability and preferred blocks of time.
Please note that for alumni interested in ministry, career consultation is not to be confused with denominational counseling, which is available through the Office of Ministry Studies and/or the ordaining body.
Alumni Videos and Stories
The HDS Alumni Career Stories and Advice Video Library is available to HDS alumni and may be accessed through https://canvas.harvard.edu/ with HarvardKey. This collection, now featuring interviews with over 250 MDiv and MTS alumni, includes close to 700 videos highlighting the career paths of an impressive array of HDS graduates. Please email careers@hds.harvard.edu if you need assistance.
Professional Networking
Learn more about, prepare for, and build relationships within a career field through an appointment with Career Services. Use the Harvard Alumni Directory, a free resource available to all current students and alumni, and the HDS Alumni and Student Community Group on LinkedIn to connect across the Harvard community.
