What are the cancellation and rates policies?

Students may cancel by June 15, 2026 without charge. Cancellation requests received after June 15th will be charged a fee according to the following schedule. All fees are applied to the student’s term bill.

• Cancel before 11:59pm (EDT) June 30th = $1,000 cancellation fee and no room fee.
• Cancel AFTER 11:59pm (EDT) June 30th = $2,500 cancellation fee and no room fee.
• Cancellations received after fall classes begin, the room fee remains on the student’s account.
