How I've Changed

Since starting at HDS, I've experienced (at least) two significant changes: receiving a calling to chaplaincy and spiritual care and reconnecting to Judaism.

Memorable Moment

My most memorable moment at HDS was the realization during my field placement at Brigham and Women's Hospital that I was called to chaplaincy.

Favorite Class or Professor

So many! Cheryl Giles, Tracey Hucks, Kevin Madigan, and Stephanie Paulsell stand out in a crowded field of excellence. Studying with each of them compelled me to interrogate my understanding of the world and to grow.

Message of Thanks

My beloved Streeter, always. Thanks to Dan McKanan for his extraordinary commitment to advising his students. Thanks to the many classmates who have become dear friends, allies, and confidants. You know who you are.

What I Hope to Be Remembered By

I hope to be remembered as a kind friend and a willing listener.

Future Plans

Streeter and I are celebrating this journey and moving to our new home in New York City. I will begin a residency in August at New York-Presbyterian's Weill Cornell Medical Center.
