Program Structure
The Insight into Mindfulness program will take place over a three-day curriculum, designed by a faculty leadership team comprised of Buddhist chaplains and mental health professionals. The schedule below reflects the proposed schedule for summer 2026. The curriculum interweaves didactic lectures and discussions with practical applications of meditation techniques. This integrated program is a hallmark of Buddhist pedagogy that ensures participants opportunities to develop insight through listening and reading, dialogue and reflection, and through the direct experience of practice.
I loved this program. There is so much to understand, practice, and discuss on these topics. I think the learning outcomes were definitely achieved. I also feel there are many seeds now planted that I would love the opportunity to continue growing with the support of other like-minded professionals!
